Forms & Notices:
- Sample Security Deposit Refund Statement – Mail this to your former tenant (certified USPS, or with a mailing receipt) along with the refund check or outstanding invoice within 14 days of the date that the tenant vacated the property. (Leases signed after June 9, 2016 have a 21 day deadline to return the deposit.)
- Landlord Solutions – If your tenant hasn’t paid their rent or isn’t complying with lease terms, Landlord Solutions will serve the correct legal notices for you and help you navigate the process for a low cost.
